- All food and beverage products offer no return policy once delivered. Returns are strictly prohibited except under the following conditions:
- If you receive your package in DAMAGED or BROKEN condition, please send us the clear unboxing video with timestamp, showing the order ID, packaging, and product physical condition to support@sweetempt.co.in .
- Also clearly mention the Order ID, date of order, delivery date along with the description of the issue.
- The return request must be initiated within 12 hrs of deliveryconfirming with above stated condition.Once the proof is verified, our team will initiate a return pickup (pickup might be partially chargeable).
- Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
- All refunds will take 3-5 business days once processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion, particularly for repeated violations or policy abuse (e.g., multiple orders, frequent triggers of returns).
